The “Laboratoire des Technologies de la Microélectronique” (LTM) is one unit of CNRS focusing his research programs on technological development for Ultra Large Scale Integration technology with special emphasis on micro patterning. LTM main projects are in the area of advanced lithography, plasma processes, nano-materials and nanotechnologies.
